Husky Marketing and Supply Company, a subsidiary of Husky Energy Inc., which is a public company of Canada (collectively, "Husky"), is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and parties accessing or viewing the Husky Customer Portal ("Site"). Husky uses information collected from the Site and about its customers to respond to queries or requests, process orders, provide the products and perform the services requested, and administer or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to our agreements with our customers.

The Site operates on a platform provided by Salesforce.com. This service provides a secure, protected computing environment for users to access and view the Site.

4. How Husky Protects Your Information

Transmission errors or unauthorized acts: Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while Husky strives to protect your personal information, Husky cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or any information provided online, and you do so at your own risk. Husky will not be liable for disclosures of your personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. Once Husky receives your transmission, Husky will do its best to ensure its security on our systems by making reasonable efforts to protect the information.

Security: Any information provided to Husky is treated with care and discretion. Husky will take a proactive approach to ensure the information is kept private and is not misused.

5. Your Login and Password

You are responsible for maintaining and protecting your login and password information. Do not lose your password, and do not share it with any other person. If your password is stolen, contact Husky and Husky can suspend your account. Husky can then enable you to log in and change your password. If you forget your password, contact Husky and Husky can reset it.
