Oil Sands

Husky has been exploring the oil sands since 1973 and is one of the top holders of the resource in Alberta.

This significant oil sands position will deliver medium and long-term production from a substantial and diverse resource base. The Company's portfolio, which includes the Sunrise Energy Project, is being advanced with proven technologies and responsible environmental stewardship.

Other oil sands activities include the Tucker oil sands project, a pilot project development at McMullen and determining the optimum recovery process for the Saleski property.
